So here's the make up for Rum Tum Tugger. The guy who's going to play him came up to me one day and told me "I need your help. You're my last hope. I can't do make up to save my life." So I said, "Ok, I'll do it for you. " Then he said, "Just for the record, I want you to make me the most sexy beast in the face of the planet." Lol.
So I went home and figured that the sexiest version of Tugger there is is definatly the movie version.
